I never would have thought that one day I would become an artist. I didn't even know about lampworking until I stumbled across Dustin Revere's YouTube page. Dustin runs an instructional lampworking account where he focuses on a specific task per episode, while giving an instructional lesson. That was my first exposure to glass working and I became captivated by the idea of doing it myself. I began researching the materials and supplies that I needed and obsessively watching YouTube videos. I finally decided one day to buy everything and I set everything up with the help of my old friend, who got into glass blowing a couple months before I did luckily. With the help from a couple of my friends and the glass workers on YouTube I learned everything I know.

I've always dreamed of turning one of my hobbies into a career.
